Two tiers. One honest difference.

Standard uses enterprise AMD EPYC. Premium puts a Ryzen 9 7950X under the workload that actually needs high single-thread clocks. Everything else — storage, network, protection — is the same.

Why two tiers? FiveM and heavily modded Minecraft are single-thread limited. Extra cores help less than higher clocks. The Ryzen 9 7950X exists for exactly that. If your workload is multi-thread friendly or lighter, Standard EPYC is the better value.
